2. What information do we use and why?
- Orders and customer service: your name, contact and delivery details, purchased items, communications and payment status. We use these to process orders, arrange delivery, manage returns and answer questions. For EU data, the legal basis is generally the performance of a contract or steps you request before entering into one.
- Accounting and legal obligations: invoices and order records are used to meet applicable tax, accounting and other legal requirements.
- Security: technical and transaction information may be used to protect the store, prevent abuse and investigate suspected fraud. Where required, we rely on our legitimate interest in keeping the store secure, while considering your rights.
- Marketing: if you subscribe to updates, we use your email address and preferences to send promotional messages where permitted. You can unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or contact us.
- Analytics and advertising: device, cookie and interaction information may be used when the relevant tools are enabled and any required consent has been obtained. See our Cookie Policy and cookie controls.
- Skin and hair assessments: we use your contact details and answers so Diana can review your assessment and respond with a personalised cosmetic recommendation. The skin assessment may include questions about symptoms such as heartburn, insomnia and drowsiness, which may reveal health information. Where required, we will ask for your explicit consent before processing those answers. You may withdraw your consent by contacting us. This does not affect your ability to browse or purchase products.
3. Who receives your information?
Our store is hosted by Shopify. We share information with Shopify and, where needed to fulfil an order, with payment providers, delivery partners and customer service providers. Optional marketing and analytics providers may receive information depending on the tools enabled and your privacy choices.
[[LIST THE SHOPIFY APPS AND OTHER PROVIDERS THAT ACTUALLY RECEIVE CUSTOMER INFORMATION. CONFIRM WHETHER SHOPIFY NETWORK INTELLIGENCE OR ENHANCED SERVICES ARE ENABLED.]]
Shopify may also process information for its own services. See the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy and Shopify Privacy Portal for information about Shopify's processing and available choices.
4. International transfers and retention
Some providers may process information outside Switzerland or the European Economic Area. Where required, we use safeguards recognised by the applicable data protection laws.

To make a request, email dimelo.kosmetil@yahoo.com. We may need to verify your identity. You may also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner or, where the GDPR applies, to a competent data protection authority in the EU.
