Please read this information before completing the Dímelo Natural skin assessment. The assessment asks about your skin, skincare routine, preferences and, where applicable, symptoms you choose to report.

Purpose of the assessment

We use your answers to provide general, personalised skincare and product suggestions. Your answers are not used to diagnose a medical condition or replace advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

Information you may provide

Depending on the questions displayed, you may provide information about your skin type, concerns, products used, preferences and symptoms such as heartburn, insomnia or drowsiness. Please do not include information that is not requested.

Health-related information

Some answers may reveal information about your health. Providing these answers is voluntary. If you choose to provide them, you consent to Dímelo Natural using them to prepare and deliver the assessment results and related skincare recommendations, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Who processes your answers

Dímelo Natural Mejía Giraldo, CHE-317.909.995, Alte Fehraltorferstrasse 2, 8332 Russikon, Zürich, Switzerland, is responsible for the information collected through this assessment. Shopify and the service providers used to operate the assessment may process information on our behalf, subject to appropriate safeguards.

How long we keep your answers

We keep assessment answers only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the results, respond to related requests and meet applicable legal requirements. For details about retention, your rights and how to contact us, please see our Privacy Policy.

Your choice

You do not have to complete the assessment or provide health-related answers. You may leave those answers blank where the form allows. You can withdraw your consent for future processing by contacting us at dimelo.kosmetil@yahoo.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before your request.
